They left my pool like this. Paul is temperamental and lazy and Kim just makes excuses for him and the poor service. Trust me, you don’t want this company on your property. They overprice, very little integrity, and in general very difficult to deal with. They always seem to be running around like a chicken with their head cut off. They are unreliable, inconsistent, and should close their business down asap.

We have been customers for 10+ years – initially for opening and closing only, then transitioning to include weekly maintenance. This is the ONLY company we would trust with care of our pool. Paul is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and kind, and will always consider/recommend reasonable repair options only when needed. Over all the years we have used their services, the office staff have always been professional, courteous and responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this company and are grateful they are willing to travel the extra distance to continue to provide us exceptional service.

We highly recommend millennium for any pool service. I don’t normally write reviews, but when I feel the company goes above and beyond I won’t hesitate to write one. We just had a new liner replaced along with a new sand filter and some other small items done by them. Greg was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with along with being super responsive. Had the quote fast and the price was very fair. The crew was also exceptional. Very nice and did a great job. The company is wonderful. Greg provided a detailed estimate and did not try to change. He was very informative and I really felt confident that he would deliver. I got three estimates for the skimmer and sand filter replacement. These guys are true proffesionals in there craft. There pricing was competitive and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company if your looking for pool repairs.

We had a large leak that drained our pool over the winter so we needed a few things repaired. We had a new liner placed, had new vermiculite installed on the pool floor, pressure test, and lights replaced. Greg and his team were super knowledgeable and they never pushed us to go the most expensive route. We are very happy with the results. This fall, we bought a new pool cover and they are closing the pool. We plan on installing a heater in the spring and will definitely be using this company. Paul is amazing- knowledgeable and kind and goes above and beyond to help with questions or concerns. My pool was opened and closed and maintained weekly all summer and looked absolutely beautiful. Great company!

The office was courteous, prompt and responsive. Mike came to check for the configuration previous night and next day came prepared. He and his apprentice finished the job on time. Mike even pointed me to a rebate which I applied and received. Overall a great experience and would recommend them for any pool service.
