I would recommend Swan Pools to anyone considering a major pool project. From start to finish, the communication from the project manager (Johnny) was top notch. As the project progressed through the different phases, Johnny was always there communicating what to expect and also shared ideas on different things that could be done. There were no project delays from Swan. Every step was started and completed efficiently.

We engaged the team at Swan Pools after careful consideration to build our in ground pool and spa. We really enjoyed working with the entire team from start to finish. They completed the pool on time and within budget. The quality and workmanship are second to known and we are very pleased with the outcome. While the entire team at Swan is great, truly! Swan built our pool 13 years ago and we reached out to them again when the pool needed replastering. The project proceeded very smoothly with Johnny, our project manager. He was just as helpful and supportive we could’ve wished for. Returned our calls in a timely fashion and put our minds at ease when dealing the contractors. Honestly, we were expecting a nightmare but everything was so well handled by Johnny. We’re very grateful and happy to have him in charge.

We had the best experience with Swan. Putting in a pool was a huge decision, so making sure we had the right team was extra important. We started off with Kelley as our designer/sales person and I cannot say enough good things about her! She saw our vision, and then went over every line item as we went through the sales process. Once we started to dig, the project moved so quickly. Johnny was our project manager and was fantastic! Stayed on top of crews, gave daily updates, and went with the flow of any changes we made a long the way. I felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish.…

My wife and I took a while deciding to invest in a remodel of our backyard. Once we made the decision to do so, we reached out to 5 different pool vendors, including Swan Pools. The representative from Swan that came for the appointment was Kelly Class. We had already met with a few other companies at that point and Kelly was BY FAR the best! We had our pool installed by Swan a few years ago and they have exceeded our expectations on long term maintenance and repairs. We have had a hot tub jet replaced, a salt cell failure and a pool led light fail. All of these issues were fixed in a timely matter and under our warranty. Happy to recommend them here.
