We recently hired this company to completely upgrade our backyard, including new patio flooring and pool deck using large porcelain tile. The final result looks fantastic—modern, clean, and exactly the high-end look we wanted. The tile work is solid, the installation is professional, and everything has held up well so far. We had an outstanding experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools, LLC! They resurfaced our pool with PebbleTec, redid the cool decking, and replaced all the drains around the pool—and the results are absolutely incredible. Wow- was my pool, turf, and deck done well? YES! Did they get it completed early? YES! Was the crew amazing, hard working and there everyday? Again YES! I recommend this company 100%. From structural cracking to a beautifully restored pool — a great outcome for our community. After a geotechnical report and leak detection confirmed approximately 75 feet of structural cracking and settling in the main pool and splash pad, a resurfacing plan was implemented to restore the structure and protect this important amenity. I would use someone else. What was supposed to be a 2-3 week project turned out to be 5 months. They really did a lazy job on the pool decking and on the columns. They had to come out 3 different times to fix the cracking. Cracking was due to the sub contractor not knowing how to do the work. Project manager argued with me via text and was only present at time to pick up the check and when the owner had to visit the property due to the lazy job they did. They got two stars because they ended up (on my demand) having a different sub come out and fix all the mistakes.

Highly recommend not using this company Communication was unbelievable poor After pain 50% down on the job with the balance due on completion, we received a past due notice before the job was done when we contact them they said just ignore it Then after the job was done and we paid them, we received two different collection type lien notices from a Titan lean Services company even though arrowhead was paid in full and they admitted it was paid in full. They said it was just part of the practice.

The overall experience was great. Scott provided innovative ideas for the deck resurfacing. Steve gave us an overview of the process which was useful. Juan and his team were exceptional. Juan helped with the color and texture selection, was on site everyday to talk to the team, answer any questions we had and explain what happens next. Miguel Angel and Miguel were very careful and respectful of the property, diligently got the work done and cleaned up after they left. Juan also provided us with paint for any touch-up for the future. We are happy with the outcome and would recommend them.
