The Pool Doctor made our dreams a reality. Working with Ralph, Shannon and their team was amazing. Even when I had a problem with my pump they came and replaced it the next day for free. I would definitely recommend them.

We decided to go with The Pool Doctor to build our dream pool and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. We chose to do a 16x32 saltwater inground pool. The whole process was great and they provided outstanding communication every step of the way and got everything done in a timely manner. I’ll recommend them to anyone! They truly turned our backyard into our own little oasis ☀️

The Pool Doctor just completed our pool project, and they did a wonderful job! Katrina was awesome every step of the process and was always willing to answer all our questions. Ralph and the guys were very informative and built a beautiful pool. I know they say they aren’t landscapers but they did a great job backfilling and evening out the ground weeks after the pool was put in. When we had our pool orientation scheduled and one of their guys couldn’t make it, Shannon was able to send somebody else since we had taken off work early for it. There are NO words to express the job done by The Pool Doctor. We were left in shambles from another contractor if that is what you call him. I called Ralph, he was busy as could be, but took the time to come to my home. He took one look and said I can turn this all around for you. He and his crew started in January and by March there was water in my pool and it is just beautiful. We now have a brand new pool from an old concrete pool that was built back in the 50's. Ralph is very knowledgeable about every aspect of a pool build, renovations etc. I would give The Pool Doctor a 10 star …

Hired them to replace the laterals and sand in my sand filter in 2025. Afterwards, we had sand in the pool and output issues with the filter. We did not get any resolution from them when they came out again. They backwashed the filter and it worked temporarily. This year I replaced the whole setup and the first thing I found was that the top of the laterals they installed was broken, which explains both issues I was having.

Absolutely the MOST RUDE manager/employee whatever the hag is sitting to the left in the office area that I have ever encountered! SHOCKED at the attitude of her. This place is NOT the only gig in town and we will never return. Teach her better customer service etiquette. If you're looking for a quality pool store with the NICEST employees drive just an extra few miles in any direction (Milford, South Dover, North Dover) and go to Dover Pools.
