The customer service here is top notch. Jeff went up and above helping me with my pools needs. Professional, tentative, & knowledgeable. As a first time pool owner, Jeff put me at ease. Not only do Dover pools have great service. The prices were not bad. Highly recommend.

I travel an hour to go to Dover Pools - South Dover store. Every time I go I am met with wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Whether it is what type of equipment I need for my pool or what chemicals I need to make my water crystal clear. They always listen and give me the best information. Recently I went with a problem I was having with some equipment and they took care of me without any issue. I will always be coming to Dover Pools for my pool needs. They are great!

Incredibly informative, diagnostics were on the spot. Store reps were so helpful in gathering the correct chemicals and ensuring I fully understood how to use. I have been going here for decades and I find them to be the absolute best having tried a few others over the years.

Extremely knowledgeable. These guys are great!!! I'd never get my pool water correct without taking a sample in to them and they can tell me exactly what I need to make my water quality perfect 👌.
