⭐ 1 Star I hired Swift Pools to winterize my pool, and when the pool was opened this season, we immediately discovered multiple failures, including cracked PVC piping and a failed high-pressure shutoff valve. I called Swift Pools first thing the next morning expecting them to take the issue seriously and help determine what happened. I visited Swift Pools on Kirkwood Highway today and was very disappointed with the customer service. During peak pool-opening season on a Saturday afternoon, I was told by an employee that she (older woman) not the young girl. couldn’t help me because no one else was available to assist. As a customer, I expect a business to be properly staffed during one of its busiest times of the year. Unfortunately, the experience left me frustrated and without the help I needed. Based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Leslie’s going forward. I hope Swift Pools takes a closer look at it…

I am hesitant to post a completely negative review, as we purchased our home with a Swift pool built in 2005/2006. I can say it is in a better condition than others we have seen. Also, their retail store has all of the parts, accessories and highest quality of chemicals. Unfortunately, this is where my positive experience ends... Most recently, I voluntarily called to request my 15 year old pump be replaced with a more energy efficient unit. We have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Customer service has gone WAY down hill over the past 7 years. We had another company close the pool this year and this is how the cover came out of the bag!!! Swift pools, you are a crappy company. Keep losing customers!!

Swift pools did a great job servicing my pool recently. I'm new to pool ownership and had trouble getting my pool serviced by the original company that the previous owner had used. My realtor helped put me in touch with Swift who had come highly recommended to him and his clients. Swift replaced the motor, treated the pool, and the came out to clean up the debris and did a great job. The techs are very professional and Jeff runs a tight ship in the office. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their customer service is very good.
