They did a great job installing, and the product seems high quality. Their service turnaround time has also been exceptional! Worth noting - only 1 year warranty on labor, and 3 years on most parts.

I had the pool cover installed and they were so flexible on all my decisions that I wanted to do. I was a bit of pain with all my special requests. But they were overwhelmingly positive it their response to them all. But I have to say that the pool cover was the best feature I did for our pool. It is always crystal clear when I open the cover. It is so easy with a push of a button to open and close. I never have any worms, bugs, cottonwood or leaves in it. The best decision I have ever made. It literally makes having a pool a Maintinance breeze. I LOVE IT.

Arrived 2 weeks early. Arrived day before gloomy weather. Service Men did a wonderful job disassembling old cover and installing new. 1 with more color suited for new home exterior. On time and within budget. Personnel did what they promised!

Automatic Pool Covers of NE Ohio gets a 5 star rating from me for the thorough communication, prompt reply to request for service, the AWESOME guy who came to give us an estimate who just did stuff he didn’t have to do in order to even understand what was going on. I was expecting someone to just view it and take a few measurements and give us an inflated estimate. I especially expected it when they came into our neighborhood because that is what normally happens. We get inflated quotes because of our home and I appreciate that didn’t happen. The estimate was fair and given in a timely fashion…

Shame on people leaving one star reviews based on not receiving a call back. I’m not affiliated with this company in any way, just looking for a local company for a future pool cover and I almost didn’t consider them based on the low star rating. As a small business owner myself, I know how people can be so I decided to read through the reviews myself. I’m glad I did, because I will now call them based on the reviews on the actual product they sell. And if they don’t return my call, I’ll call back! I cannot say enough good about this company. Very responsive on any problem. We had some convuluted issues which they took the time to figure out and resolve. They work their butts off during the height of the season. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
