Review update: Blue haven finally got in touch with us and we have gone through the process of installing new plaster. It took month or so to get on the schedule for the plaster crew but the job has been completed and the problem was rectified by blue haven with little to no hassle. I am very appreciative of them for fixing the problem. Matthew came over on a Sunday after we filled the pool back up and was phenomenal to work with. He checked on all of our equipment since it’s been off for quite some time during this process and refreshed us on the dos and donts just like it was a new pool. I …

The pool that was installed is great - far beyond our expectations but there were some things that were not great at all. I will say we had two separate PMs (one was out for a little while during the install) and both were very responsive and helped where they could. The sales cycle was okay - there were options we were not told about and only found out about long after the pool was installed - wireless robot vacuum or an upgraded heater, for example.
