My technician has always been Kyle Handy. Hes responsive, kind, very knowledgeable, and respectful. He knows his stuff not only did he completely bring my pool to what you see in the pictures from green to clean but he patiently showed and taught me how to do almost everything myself; inevitably helping me save on money and time. 10/10 highly recommend. Not too fond of the prices but the service was great.

We chose Elite Pools after one of my best friends , Aaron, recommended them. Although his project ultimately took nearly two years to complete and has since developed a leak, he spoke very highly of the team that initially came out to evaluate his pool. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service gave both of us confidence that we would be in good hands, so my husband and I decided to move forward with our own project. Dan J. came out on a Monday to check our clicking pump. By afternoon on Wednesday, everything was installed. As he was cleaning up, I asked if he could replace another part. Without hesitation, he checked to see if he had the part on the van & installed it. Elite might be pricey, but they show up, explain everything thoroughly & get the job done. Highly recommend Elite & if you get to work with Dan even better!

These guys (Colton) are amazing. Very personable and professional group. Had an issue that I thought would be the end all and turned out to be not much of a problem at all. Colton spent time with me to answer any questions and spoke on my level of pool knowledge. The service call annd labor was way less than expected too. Elite will be my pool guys forever. I’d recommend to anyone.

Had to have new liner for our inground pool. I cant say enough on how well mannered the boys were that did our work. Jacob and the other boys did an excellent job. Stephen that did the finish work is a fabulous young man!!! Many thanks to the hard work they put in and for help us get our pool so we can enjoy!!!! Top notch!!!!! Thanks Benjamin!!!!

Our pump went out on Saturday evening. I called Elite Pool and my call was returned immediately. Dan came on Sunday morning and by Tuesday we had a new pump installed and pool was up and running. Dan explained everything to us about our equipment. I cannot say enough good things about Elite Pool and their service.

Dan repaired our pool cartridge filter leaky tank in the middle of pouring rain. He fixed what the cheaper guys did poorly in no time. I’m keeping his business card close at hand for the next problem. I highly recommend Elite Pool Services, specifically, Dan.
