We went to purchase a new hot tub. Not knowing what we needed, we went to Shoemaker based on reputation. The young man we worked with, Troy Bearden, was outstanding! He guided us through the process, ask about our needs and wants, and worked with us to pick the right HT for us. He was never pushy or aggressive. He took a real consultative approach. After we made our decision, Troy organized all the set up and delivery! It went smoothly and we were in the Hot Tub in no time. I would really recommend going to Shoemaker and Troy especially!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Had an issue with the cell and board. Shoemaker pools was the only pool company that returned my call and willing to help. Justin and Josh came and were great. Landon submitted the paperwork to get my cell and board warrantied.

From start to finish, this group is the best! I am not from the area, but I needed to get a pool table for a clubhouse my company was building in Tuscaloosa. I submitted the online contact form, and in less than an hour, Troy reached out to help. I already knew what I wanted, so Troy wasted no time getting me a price and placing my order. Landon and his crew were great to work with. I can't recommend them enough. Very easy to work with, always professional and actually called me to let me know the service tech would be a day late because of sickness. I've been looking for someone to take care of my pool needs and I have found them now.

I recently bought my new 7’ x 7’ hot tub from Troy at Shoemaker Pools. I could not be more pleased with the spa and the excellent service provided by this company! Troy treats you like a friend, and he makes it a wonderful experience. He explains everything and makes sure that you understand the care and the operation of the spa. He puts no pressure on you, and you really feel like you have a friend in Troy. I would certainly recommend Shoemacher Pools for all your swimming, spa, and gaming needs!!

Fantastic service - my pump stopped working Friday morning and they had it replaced by that afternoon - and they came back on Monday to tidy up the install to their specs. I researched the price and it was in line for the parts and labor with quotes from other companies. Great job!
