I would give them a 0 stars if able. Days ahead of time, they took my address ran it said they serviced this area and made me apt for 4 days out. They changed times once no biggie then never showed up. That morning a get a text telling me they would see me at 1pm.. 6 hours later I get a text after I make contact asking what happen to them coming out Sorry we dont service your area. Your welcome. Text. Wasted my Saturday waiting on them.

I haven't any services performed by Blue Mountain but I certainly appreciate businesses that offer advice for struggling DIY'ers like myself. A phone was answered and a constructive, helpful conversation was had. Used to be the normal and seems few and far between these days.

They were a little slow to respond to my phone calls but once they did they did an excellent job. I agree with the other reviewer that Jim was a quality guy. Came in, and got the job done (mine was a messy pair of skimmers to be chipped out and replaced) in a day. Good work at a fair price...really can't ask for more.

In typical fashion with most contractors if you don't use their subs they tend to leave you hanging with little to no information on what needs to be completed. Always call your sub first when problems arise because not BM fault until your subs prove otherwise. Also if going with a salt pool note that you have to purchase ALL the chemicals for the period of time between chlorine and salt which is at least a month. During that month the pool will consume chemicals at a crazy rate. Those are not included and came as a bit of a surprise. In general service was good. Jim for sure their best …

This company started banging metal construction work on a pool at our neighbors house at 6am - had to even light up their workspace because it was dark, and waking up the 3 kids in my home. When I told them it was unacceptable the gentleman told me to call the office, which I did with no call back. The team was rude and had absolutely NO respect for a residential workspace. I have a pool, need work on it and would absolutely never use this group who doesn't care about the neighborhoods they are doing work in.
