Decided to replace the pool/spa heater with a new one. After an online search and several phone conversations I settled on BluePoint Pool Service. It took about a week to schedule the install which went smoothly. My wife and I have been in the spa a couple of nights already and are very happy.

Bluepoint is great, they do our weekly cleanings and all repairs that we needed including replacing some old equipment. If I have questions they are very responsive and come out quickly if needed for something. The office team is also great with scheduling and the billing!

These guys are great, I've been using them for about 6 years now. Their process is great, always get pictures emailed to me after each cleaning and they're very responsive if i need anything else.

Bluepoint has provided us with reliable, quality weekly pool service at our property since the beginning. They also did a fantastic job installing our pool automation system so we could remotely control our pool pump, heater and lighting (and more features if we add them). Blue Point Pool has incredible service, highly skilled pool techs and great customer support. I manage my pool by doing my own testing, cleaning and replacing parts. I ran into a combination of issues that I needed assistance. I’ve tried a couple of other pool companies in the past but only rec’d mediocre results. Gary from Blue Point arrived (on time), we discussed my issues and he resolved them in less than 30 minutes. This is legit the only company to call when you have a pool issue, they are so good. In the past I have had people overcharge me, talk down to me, etc- so every time something breaks I panic thinking I will have some rude interaction and spend a mortgage payment fixing it. Not with BluePoint, they've helped me out of so many jams in the past 2 years. And every time the bid is less than I mentally prepared for and it's always a best-case scenario not worst-case. Very dependable service. I am disabled no longer can service my pool or repair if needed. Blue Point is fair and honest company. Jacob our Pool Service Tech is very good and keeps our pool clean. We communicate very well he is a fine youngman very smart mechanically . Thank you for all your help@
