I needed a pump sand change and a drain and clean and Sparkle and Splash pools was awesome, Glenn came out promised a sparkly blue pool when he was done did not disappoint even making a follow up call when I couldnt get my pool to prime. 100% would recommend. Glenn was courtious, knowlegeble and polite.

New homeowner and not even moved in - wanted someone to check on the pool until I arrived. Becky in customer service was a tremendous help and expedited a visit for a chem treatment to tide the pool over until my arrival. We set up a schedule for regular service and I look forward to working with them in my new home. Very positive first experience!

I originally left a 1-star review because the first technician did not finish the job, left without resolving the issue, and I received an automated text the next day thanking me for paying the invoice and asking me to leave a review. At that point, I felt the review was justified. After I posted it, the company called and said they would come back to properly complete the work. They did send out a different technician, and this time the job was completed correctly and the issue was resolved. I appreciate that they followed up and made it right, so I am updating my review to reflect that.

Sparkle & Splash is an EXCELLENT busiiness I have been lucky to be a customer for several years. My assessment is that they are very picky in not only attracting the top employees in the industry, but also keeping them happy so they in turn make customers satisfied. Jesse drained and cleaned my pool tile and his work ethic and attention to detail was over the top. These guys are the best!

I had Sparkle & Splash clean my filters for my pool. Glenn did so very efficiently as well as pool chemistry. He was very kind, informative & professional also honest regarding some repairs that should be considered for the next visit. Thank you for your help.
