Not happy with the opening of our pool. They claimed that they cleaned the pool cover as well as the pool. Well, I saw them fold and put the pool cover away straight out of the pool. I saw one of them "cleaning" the pool floor. Well, he did the worst job. Basically he missed soo much of the pool floor it was embarrassing. We now have to go out and finish their job that we paid them to do. We will not be trusting them to open our pool again. Here are the photos my husband took after they left. Its filthy!

I had a disappointing experience with this company for my pool closing and reopening. In the fall of 2024 they sent a junior technician to close the pool, he drained the water far below the recommended 4-6 inches under the skimmer. This improper draining let to complications in the reopening later. In the spring, I was incorrectly informed of a leak and quoted over $2,000 to replace the pool light and repair the niche. Wish I could give a 0 for home service staff Contacted the company for just a lateral change ( scheduled for 6/8). Nick and another crew member show up. After about 30 minutes, they ring my doorbell to tell me they have melted my center pipe and that they snapped off my multiport valve and the manager would be in touch. -mind you I have no idea how they snapped my multiport because the valve was already off when they came. Ron went beyond to provide the best customer service, once he received the message. He called to explain the process of repairing or replacing the motor and pump. We went with the replacement. The next day came back out to our house, after not getting in touch with me by phone. I truly appreciate his customer service knowing he has been extremely busy.

This place is no joke! If you are going to renovate your pool, these are your people! Gayle and her crew were timely, detail-oriented, and took pride in their work! Couldn’t be happier with the results! We’ve protected the longevity of our pool, and it looks brand new :)
