A dream come true! River Pools was wonderful to work with - responsive, great communication from sales through install- the install crew was on-time, friendly, hardworking, and treated our property respectfully. We have never had a pool, and weren’t sure we’d be any good with pool chemistry, but the River Pools program called “Pool School” gets at A+ from us. We had one problem opening the pool with the pool cover, but River Pools was responsive (on a Saturday!) and the issue was cleared up quickly on Monday. We can’t wait for warmer weather to jump in and have fun with family and friends.

Amazing Experience from start to finish. Review in report card format. Sales: A+. Daniel did a great job, no pressure, he understood our needs, budget and provided many options to meet them. Project Management: A++ Wes did a phenomenal job from pre-site visit to final install and county code inspection. When we decided to commit to a major investment and install a pool, we went down the rabbit hole of endless research. We found several good installers but all except River pools wanted me to sub out the concrete and landscaping , plus get our own building permit. Then we went to the River Pools facility in Warsaw. We felt their team was not just very knowledgeable and experienced, but very professional. River Pools installed our in-ground pool in the summer of 2021 and we could not be happier with the whole experience! We've had a few little learning issues (mainly owner errors) over that time and the River Pools crew has been available each time to help us figure out the issues and get things squared away with the proper help and advice. River Pools has been absolutely wonderful from our very first contact through the completion of our pool. The best quality product i have seen on nearly 60 years. The customer service is outstanding. We had what we thought was a problem. I really was our inability to follow direction.
