Five Stars for Barry! Barry is truly exceptional. He came to look at my bath and was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offering thoughtful solutions and detailed instructions on how the issue could be fixed—without asking for anything in return. He even spoke with my super to ensure everyone was on the same page, going above and beyond to be helpful. Barry is not only knowledgeable and professional, but genuinely cares about helping people. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. He deserves every one of these five stars!

Barry was here this morning, on time, to examine a problem with our new tub. His explanation of things was spot on and understandable, leaving me with no questions to ask. He contacted the manufacturer while still here and arranged a replacement. I will certainly reach out to him in the future if needed. Great meeting you and chatting with you, Barry!

It was such a pleasure to work with this contractor, Barry. He was precise in performing each task. He made sure items were properly measured and recommended great quality products. He takes pride in performing his work and makes every effort in pleasing his customer. Barry is a true professional. He comes when he says and is always on time. Post-installation of new intelligent Kohler toilets in my residence, there were issues and Kohler sent Barry of BSA to investigate. He was prompt in following up, and onsite he was very knowledgeable about how the three toilets functioned differently, and eager to help and no-BS (and one feels you're getting the honest assessment). I wish Barry was available to explain the different models during the initial sale, and I would have selected a different Kohler toilet - the sales consultant at Kohler did not highlight the differences to us.
