Paul was our designer and he is the best of the best! He’s a visionary and designed our dream pool and landscaping, and brought it all to life from conception to completion! We couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for how meticulously they worked to deliver the spectacular resort-style yard we had envisioned. California Pools built my pool 4 years ago and have been an amazing support system for me on ANY problem I've encountered since the 1st day the sales office walked me through every step of construction to Allison in Warrantees answering any and all of my questions. Can't say enough about how pleased I am to have chosen California Pools! WONDERFUL STAFF!! AND the landscaping is beautiful!

First time building a pool and the process was great. There was a little confusion with the design and not fully understanding the options we had, but the building part was amazing. Donny was an amazing project manager. He was on top of everything, and had very minimal downtime between crews. I definitely wasn’t the easiest person to deal with, but Donny did everything he could to give us our dream backyard! Also the construction coordinator Alex made sure I knew everything that was going on and what to expect. I would not want any other people running my pool build.

My wife and I just had the pleasure of working with an amazing team to create our dream pool, and we couldn't be happier with the results! We loved our design and we were so excited about the completion of our pool, and finally start the process of building our oasis! Unfortunately, after only 3 months our heater was acting up then our spa needed repairing as there was one piece that was warped and some spa water draining overnight into the pool as well, but needless to say Alison, our coordinator, went above and beyond to be sure everything was arranged and sent out Brandon to replace the heater then Chris for the other parts and leaking of the spa but they both were great and it finally got fixed after at least 8 visits of exte…
