The owner, Greg is amazing! He's hands on, extremely knowledgeable! We walked in the door, and he knew who we were without asking, he remembered the set up of our pool and equipment, and knew why we were there! He is top-notch! With all the clients he has, his store was full and he spoke and made reference to each of them, to whatever their situation was ... such a nice guy!
Very helpful and knowledgeable, spent time with each client that came in and made sure everyone got the help they seeded.
Everyone here was great to work with! Their service and expertise in answering all my questions was spot on perfect, as I've not had a pool in many years and couldn't remember it all. I highly recommend Backyard Dreams and will continue to patronize them for my pool needs.
Awesome business. Everyone there has been extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. We switched to Backyard Dreams for chemicals and our pool was crystal clear with very little effort on our part.
