New pool owner. Wow! What helpful people! I knew nothing going in, they walked me through the first steps of pool care and gave very specific instructions. It's rare to be treated so well as a new customer. I wanted to buy things I didn't need, instead they evaluated what I actually need. It was inexpensive. These are the kind of people you want to work with.

I have spent a lot of money with Century over the last few years. I used to take my water to get tested every week, buy the chemicals from them, have them open and close the pool, had them replace the pool pump and put a new liner in my in ground pool. After they got my nearly 9000 dollars for a liner and new pump last year they opened my pool this year and there was a hump behind the liner wall on the deep end. After them telling me it was a “ leak “ that caused it I had tests ran for leaks, no leaks were found. I had 2 other companies tell me that they lowered the water below where they shou…

I just put up an above ground pool and needed supplies. These gals really helped. I got what I needed at a reasonable price. Don't expect a pristine polished shop. It's dusty and smells like.....POOLS.. go figure.. But they have what you need and better than that.. They KNOW what they're talking about and will help!! Golden!!

I had an issue with a very specific hose for my above ground pool. Was not able to fix it via a few things I tried and was suggested by other pool stores. I called them up, they diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a solution. I went to the store and they custom cut me a hose, suggested a better coupling option, built it and sent me on my way. Got home and it worked flawlessly! Could not recommend this business more. Friendly. Knowledgable and helpful. Totally recommended!

Disappointing experience and they cannot repair my equipment that failed after 6 weeks! I was sold a nice quality pool, but they are not interested to support me as a customer. Their recommended installer left a mess, the steps won’t stay down without weights, and the chlorinator quit working. I’m sorry we gave them so much money. Updated to add that I did report my issues, after more than a week from the response, I never did receive any follow up.
