New pool owner 2 years ago. Did pool school with Ben at my house. Very knowledgeable and basically taught me all I needed to maintain the pool on my own. I have continued to use them for all my pool needs. The staff is very helpful and available. They are always able to provide whatever the pool needs.

We used Loope Pool & Spa LLC for about a year before ending service due to serious concerns about over-chlorination. Our children developed skin irritation, brittle hair, and faded swimwear. Independent water testing revealed chlorine levels in our 11,700-gallon pool were dangerously high — over 20 ppm, far beyond safe swimming limits. We later learned they had been adding up to 4 gallons of 12% chlorine in a single weekly visit, causing chlorine spikes to extremely dangerous levels, well outside EPA guidelines. I was told I’m out of their service area when a recommended friend 2 miles down the same road uses their services. I just don’t think they want have a desire to do it. Character and integrity are the ingredients for a successful company along with trust. Something’s up here.

My pool had been cloudy for two weeks. After getting advice from two different pool places near me, I took a water sample to Loope. Shanda diagnosed the issue, and 8 hours later my pool was crystal clear. Thank you Shanda!
