We did a lot of research before reaching out to Loy’s Pools, from the time the call was answered we have received competent, professional service. Jake Amburgey came out, after his regular business hours, and provided so much information, there was no question as to what would happen next and what it would look like. Great experience from start to finish! We decided we wanted a pool in April 2025 and evaluated several local companies. We contacted Loy’s for a quote on a pool, planning ahead, to some day have. Jake called us back almost immediately and it was clear from that initial conversation the knowledge, expertise and flexibility in options to match our budget was there. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Loys Pools & Patios. From the very beginning, their team went above and beyond to help us create the backyard oasis we had dreamed about. Shortly after our project, a severe rainstorm caused devastating runoff from the hillside behind our home. I checked online at all spa providers and Loys Pools definitely had the best reviews. I can easily add to that from the design phase with Thomas the owner through the install process landscaping process and Startup process was all fantastic. I couldn’t imagine the installation being any better once again hats off to Thomas and Louis pools
