highly recommended! my husband & i hired quality pools to install our pool 3 years ago and we are so pleased. they continue to provide us with excellent service when needed and answer all our questions - very thorough. we never owned a pool before and are so appreciative for all their help. we love it!

This is the best pool store in north Knoxville. The owners are kind and very knowledgeable about pools. We were new pool owners and they asked us questions instead of us guessing what we needed to know. They have in store lab results in 5 minutes, chemicals and parts for all your needs as well as the latest pool robots to keep your pool clean. 10/10 will be recommending to anyone with pool needs. So glad I found this store and team.

Bought a house with an above ground pool and had zero experience. They walked me through everything I needed and how to do everything even though I bought nothing from their store. They were very patient and kind and understanding. Will definitely be going back for everything I need with the pool in the future.

Working with Quality Pools has been one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had since moving to Knoxville - out of all professions. We recently met with Quality Pools to fix some outstanding issues we were having with our pool equipment and also to get our chemicals straightened out. In just one meeting, Martha made a plan to get our pool fixed and chemicals back on track quickly. The service team got the work completed yesterday and did an excellent job honing in on what was needed and taking care of it quickly. I am super impressed with their great service and would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

​I’ve been using Quality Pools for my water testing and they’re great. They don’t try to push a bunch of extra chemicals on you. They just tell you exactly what you need to get the levels right. The staff actually knows what they’re talking about and they’re always helpful. Definitely the most honest shop I've found in Knoxville. The only place I'll have my chemicals balanced.
