Because of that referral, I spoke to David Adams at Classic Tile & Plaster over the years about dream renovations I wanted done and never followed through on, but I always appreciated his advice and prompt response. I have used Classic three times over the years. The 5 star review is for their quality of work. I do have some recommendations based on my last refinish job to improve the customer experience. The communication from the scheduling department did not meet expectations. They did not answer the phone or return phone calls. They did not keep me up to date with what to expect next or when to expect it. They did return emails but not always within 24 hours. Our replastering just completed. The work we had done was replastering with the upgraded white Azteca plaster, new tile and pool start up with Custom Pools . We had a positive experience. Once we received our start date, we were updated daily on what would happen the next day, what time they would start and what to expect. Any questions were promptly answered via phone call or email, thank you Wendi! Each team that came to do their part, did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and left. We had our pool resurfaced, new tile, new lights and partial flagstone replaced around pool in summer 2023. They did a fabulous job. Received e-mails regularly with scheduling and what would be done and if any "lag" time between steps (i.e. dry time). We were fully prepped on what we would need to do once they were done. Clean up was kept up during the several week process and at end. We had Classic resurface pool about 20 years ago and it was still holding up. We decided on a redo before it was a necessity. Our neighbor is using Classic Time and Plaster for their pool. They have had two large trucks blocking our alley and access to our house off and on for the last two weeks. I'm home with a very sick kid and can't afford to be blocked in. We asked the workers to move, and called the company but nothing has happened. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Plaster color failed! No one will take responsibility. No recourse but to live with it.
