Their straightforward and helpful sales and install process was great. Jesse and Michael were incredible, reachable at any time and helpful answering any questions from this brand new pool owner. But like any new thing in life, minor issues popped up after installation. Nothing crazy. But any call to their office asking someone to come look at something that is going wrong with a BRAND NEW pool is met with not only an attitude from the young lady who answers the phone, but also a $175 “service fee” just to come look at the problem. I came to Clearwater with some basic questions about my pool, hoping to get a bit of guidance. Unfortunately, the gentleman assisting me spoke in a condescending tone, as if I were supposed to already know the technical answers. It felt dismissive and unhelpful. From my experience, the store seems to mainly focus on selling pool chemicals and installations—not customer service or support. Definitely not the welcoming or informative experience I was expecting.

Clearwater pool is the best around, they installed my pool , have been using them for my service for 5 years, today my son played with the settings on my filter and it would not come on. I called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke to Sharon she had someone at my house in half hour to reset my filter before my guests arrived. Five star installation and service.

These guys are the best. My pool has never looked better. The workers and the office staff go above and beyond. The weekly technician even bought my dog a chew toy 😍. Great service company, pleasure to deal with them!
