If you’re considering using Cover Care for your pool, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience has been consistently frustrating. Every issue I’ve had gets routed to a call center, and I’ve been unable to get any real resolution. Scheduling is another major problem—they provide no estimated arrival window and expect you to be home all day waiting. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Customer service has been extremely poor. Overall, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with, and I would not choose this company again.

Skylar did a fantastic job on my new cover. Love the new charcoal grey cover. Works awesome and so happy with the new slides.

Charged me 900.00 to service cover. Called and asked for clarification, promised a return call. Haven't heard a word. Being a luxury home builder, I am very disappointed in their customer service. I will say the tech that came out was a great guy and very professional. Paul

Replaced my pool cover. Even though it was a blizzard and snowing they got it done. There was an issue with the cover and they stayed hours longer to fix everything so I wouldn't be without a cover overnight. Definitely went above and beyond.

I was going to write a bad review, but two great individuals helped my situation. Julie Babb and Donna (don't have a last name). They were great. It was an invoice issue that they took action and corrected. Sometimes it is better to work with the 'boots-on-the-ground' team instead of the Managers. Thanks Julie and Donna.

The techs came out within a day and patched our cover in just a few minutes. They were super nice and did a fantastic job. They explained why it was wearing where it was and how to prevent it in the future.

WE HAVE USED COVER CARE A COUPLE TIMES AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM!! WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM :)
