Ryan came and opened our pool on 5/14/26 and did a fantastic job. This was our first time meeting him. He was recommended by my friend who also can’t say enough good things about him. He explained everything to us in detail. His knowledge of our pool and spa was so insightful. He taught us so many things as new pool owners. We also recommended a few upgrades that would help us to be able to manage the chemicals by ourselves for our gunite pool. I highly recommended him. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Aquatech replaced our pool cover recently. My husband was so impressed by the pride in workmanship of the two installers, as it is so hard to find these days. The experience was top notch and our pool cover works like a dream!! Thank you Aquatech, Alan and your great installation team.

Derek Hale, in the parts department, is the best! He cheerfully helped me find the part I needed, which took some effort since it was an obscure part and I did not know enough about the brand to help him. I've always had great customer service at Aquatech and will be back!

I had a nice younger gentlemen named Gage help me with my water testing. He was very efficient and quick with his work, super kind and seemed to really care about his job! He also was really great with explaining what everything meant and what the levels should look like for each, which that helped a lot with my understanding of how all the chemical stuff works and that was great!

Had our pool built by Aquatech and they have been there every step of the way. Derrick V. helped design our beautiful pool. Curtis A. was awesome doing the layout and getting all the equipment installed where is was supposed to go. He always knows how to get things done the right way. Love the care that Gage and Jordan take of my pool needs they have taken great care explaining each move and why.! When we need specific parts for our pool we always go to Aquatech. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Jason was outstanding with his help this past week. It makes a big difference to a novice like me to get expert help in resolving pool problems.

Chad is a lifesaver! He is responsive, professional, and always gets the job done no matter how busy he is. I have sent him texts and photos about pool questions, even after-hours, and he goes above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend!
