I've been with Cox Pool service for 13 years. Maybe 14. Never a mystery charge. Never a problem they couldn't fix. pump going out before the Fourth of July, you name it. Fair price every time and the pool is always swim-ready when we need it. My pool technician (Joseph) is great. He treats the property like it's his own, honestly, better than I do sometimes. Shows up, does it right, doesn't rush. Fresno and Clovis folks, you can't go wrong with them.

Joseph has been outstanding taking care of our pool and filter when we were having trouble with it. He was very helpful educating us on our new filter and adjusting the times on it to fit our lifestyle. He keeps the pool looking great and a very hard worker. Highly recommend this pool service

I had a great experience with Cox Pool Service and Repair. Joey came out to do a warranty replacement of my pool light, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Joey was very nice, honest, and knowledgeable, and he completed the job efficiently and professionally. He also took the time to let me know that my other pool light already has water inside and will need to be replaced as well—and said he’ll be back to take care of it. On top of that, he reprogrammed my pool lights and features for free, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service, transparency, and workmanship.…

We have been using Cox Pool Services for almost 5 years and they have been great. Joseph, our tech, has been awesome at taking care of our pool/spa. He really takes the time to do the job right. I would highly recommend this company.

He also inquired about any other pool issues I might be having & helped with the pool sweep to make it run more efficiently.
