We have had Pine Ridge cleaning and maintaining our pool for about 3 years now! They are one of the best that we've experienced. Anytime we’ve had an issue or a question they offer a quick response. Jimmy our pool tech is awesome! He’s out there rain or shine, hot or cold. We really appreciate the great service!

Pine Ridge Pool Service was initially used by my pool builder for the startup, and I was immediately impressed, especially by Josh, who was exceptionally thorough and professional. After the 30-day period, I eagerly continued their service. Having used many pool companies over the last 20 years, I can honestly say Pine Ridge is the best by far! Their team shows outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. When a problem comes up, they are on it immediately and handle the issue quickly. Pine Ridge Pool Care did the initial equipment startup and care for our new pool and have been just excellent to deal with. Explaining what they are doing, helping us learn the equipment and keeping our pool looking fantastic. We've been so happy with the initial care that we signed on to keep them caring for our pool! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing pool service.

Like another commenter, we had 30 days of pool service included with our Vineyard Pools build. After the very first meeting with Josh from Pine Ridge Pool Care, I knew we'd be signing up with Pine Ridge. Josh provided the highest level of service. He thoroughly answered all of my new pool owner questions and even helped me label all of my new equipment. Three weeks in, when I asked about a stain developing at our auto filler, Josh explained the cause (metal in our well water). He said he had the exact treatment for it at the shop. Recently our pool had a major replaster by Image Pools, Josh was assigned to us for start up and follow up visits. Josh was very helpful in instructing about chemistry and general knowledge of upkeep. Very professional, not rushing through instructions along with straightforward answers for my many questions. No sales pitching. Their service is the deal maker. Will seek to setup regular maintenance service.

Pine Ridge Pool Care did the 3 day start up on our pool after we had it peppleteced. Raphael primed the pump then discovered leak coming from under our concrete pool deck. Raphael went above and beyond to help us out and answered all our of questions. Other adjectives to describe this company are friendly, kind, punctual, knowledgeable. We highly recommend them. I was very impressed by Jonathan, who came out to replace our salt cell, which was still under the 2-year warranty. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and competence in his work . Jonathan provided helpful tips and took the time to walk us through the new setup he configured on our pool control system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and informative throughout the entire visit. Thank you so much, Jonathan! You definitely deserve 5 stars!
