Huge thank you to Crystal Water Pools for making our dream pool a reality! Our backyard turned into a paradise. Their design team went above and beyond, offering creative ideas that far exceeded our initial vision. Walking through their showroom to pick materials in person was a game changer, the quality is much better than seeing them in a magazine. Despite the cold weather, the crew was incredibly professional, hardworking, and fast. The final results were absolutely spectacular, and our family, friends, and out pets are thrilled. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience with Crystal Water Pools! The process was smooth, and the team was really helpful with design and material choices. They kept everything clean throughout the project, which we really appreciated. We also had sod and a fence installed, and everything came together perfectly. Our pool turned out amazing and completely transformed our backyard. Definitely recommend!

Crystal Water Pools did a great job designing and building my pool, along with deck improvements and landscaping. . They were very accommodating with my in- process design change requests and making sure I was completely satisfied. They have been very responsive in addressing a few post build warranty issues 1 year later.

Crystal Water Pools renovated our pool with new pebble tech, pool deck, stonework, waterslide, raised our hot tub, completed a retaining wall, coping, and added the necessary mechanical equipment to accommodate the added features. The end result is stunning. The stone work is spectacular. The price was very reasonable and the most cost effective of all the quotes received. The communication was frustrating. Working with the office is difficult because they are not on site and can’t answer your questions efficiently. There was not a project manager to work with. There were mistakes made, but …

We have had a great experience with crystal water pools. There were a couple of hiccups, but 2 years later they have stood behind their product and fixed the issues. Jonathan and his team were great to work with. We had a few challenges that weren't related directly to the build, but created some challenges and delays for them. His team stuck with us throughout the process. Every issue we brought to their attention was resolved, no pushback, no charges, no issues. Jonathan and his team were 100% accountable even post pool construction. I highly recommend this company.
