This job was bid as needing 3 weeks to complete. It took more than 12 months during which time we had a gaping hole on the side of our house covered by a tarp. Multiple of his carpenters quit on the job. Horrible communication with the factory (Four Seasons Sunrooms), The contractor was ultimately fired and we had one of his subs finish the job. To this date, there are still missing parts, the room is drafty and the door will not close.
Great customer service and a great product! Bill was very attentive at every step of the process. I always felt like he was being completely honest and upfront. I would recommend Bill without hesitation to anyone who wants a sunroom.
I like my but it's been months since we have gotten a new screen which was bent on arrival.. they haven't replaced as of yet.
