This company should not be servicing any pools. In four months, Elite Pools showed up only twice as witnessed by multiple residents. When they do appear, their “service” is less than 20 minutes of skimming and dumping in chemicals. No vacuuming, no brushing tiles, and never any visible testing but happy to send out invoices for services and chemicals that weren't provided. Multiple independent third-party water tests confirmed VERY unsafe conditions: chlorine missing sometimes, pH dangerously high, stabilizer and phosphates at levels that damage equipment and make the water unhealthy. I called Elite Pools to fix a leak that three other companies couldn’t. They were quick, precise and very transparent with the work needed. I would recommend them every single time.

Called a few companies to get my pool winterized and the only company to get back to me was Elite Pools. Setting up service was easy. They were prompt, experienced and very professional.

Called them with an issue with my pool, they fixed it up within 30 minutes, great prices also. Will always call these guys with any pool issues that I have love them!!!

No physical address listed for this business , only a P.O. box .This is never a good sign . Plus no list of an actual person to contact . Beware.
