We recently had our entire backyard renovated and pool built with Emerald Custom Pools and we’re really happy with the finished product. The craftsmanship is excellent and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful addition to our home that we’re already enjoying. The team was professional and took care of us to make sure we were pleased with everything till the end. All in all, we’re pleased with the outcome and would recommend Emerald Customs Pools.

Emerald Custom Pools is the company to choose to build your custom pool. They have a top notch oversight team and in house construction crew, masons, etc. My project manager Hunter was excellent in running the entire project. I didn’t have to worry about anything as he took care of it all. He was available by phone or text anytime and is an excellent communicator! I loved the 3D pool rendering to visualize the final project. I made a lot of additions and changes and they just rolled with it and offered professional guidance. Quick Shout-Out to Emerald Service Rep Aidan Cook -- he is amazing. One recent evening as we prepared to enjoy the Spa feature of our Emerald Pool, the Spa Heat option was missing from the app so my tech-savvy daughter and I spent an hour trying to diagnose and fix the problem. Nothing worked, so we concocked a workaround by heating the pool instead -- with heated water flowing through the spa into the pool. Not great, but passable. We had our pool finished in March 2022. The design of the pool was lovely and we were happy with the look of the final product. However, afterward we had a few quality issues with our waterfalls due to the slope causing leaking in the back wall of the pool, creating mold and cracking. They were worked on a couple times after finishing the pool, but the issue continued to get worse and I was embarrassed and worried to invite people over to swim. We just finished the dig on our backyard pool with Emerald Custom Pools. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a good contractor crew. Hunter, Izaak, Jaxon and Andres took great care to explain everything they were doing at all times. Even the rain that extended the excavation didn't damper spirits. A GREAT group of guys!
