Factory Direct Liners replaced the liner in my pool recently and honestly they did a pretty good job. everything went smooth, no big issues, and the pool looks really good now, feels like new again the team was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and just got things done. they also cleaned up before installing which i wasn’t even expecting but was nice so far im happy with it, lets see how it holds up over time but first impression is really solid

Factory Direct Liners is THE ONLY company I personally would ever use to install an in ground vinyl pool liner. I live in Roswell with my wife of 45 years. We’ve had several liners installed in our pool here over the last 35 years but we have never encountered such honest, genuine, kind, sincere, meticulous and capable people! Their prices beat everyone but more than that they fix anything you need done, supply the parts, etc. and do it with no questions asked completing any task with ease to perfection. I had my liner replaced 6 years ago. looked good for the first 2 years and it faded. Also, during the install, they made the corners too tight. I had 2 corners tear due to the amount they stretched they put there. They said warranty only if for seams - not anything else. Getting a hold of them and getting them to even respond is a pain. When they give you the warranty, you should just file it in the trash, that is all it is. My previous liner lasted 12 years.

Factory Direct Liners recently installed our new vinyl liner for our in-ground pool and did a FANTASTIC job! Steve and his crew are so knowledgeable. The pool has never looked this good!

Waiting to see if my liner is fixed finally. We have had a lot of issues with it. If the issue is finally fixed will go back and re-rate to 5 stars.
