Tabitha was helpful throughout our pool build process and worked with us based on our availability to complete final details and work while still allowing us to enjoy our pool. She did a great job during pool school, taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Overall, we're very happy with our pool and appreciate her assistance along the way.

Family pools installed a gorgeous pool! Tom, our construction manager, always ensured anything we needed adjusted or fixed was done promptly and professionally. Max the owner was great to work with as well! We are so happy with how beautiful the pool is.

We contracted with Family Pools upon a recommendation from a neighbor. Chris Long, our salesman, was particularly helpful with the design and materials we chose. While the process took longer than we had anticipated, all in all, a great experience. The pool turned out beautifully and we are happy with the results. We would highly recommend Chris Long and Family Pools to facilitate the design and construction of your new pool.

A special thank you to our project manager, Tom Barnholt, who was amazing throughout the entire project. He was always quick to answer our calls and questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and did a fantastic job during our pool school, making everything easy to understand. Most importantly, our pool turned out absolutely gorgeous! We couldn't be happier with the quality and the entire experience. Thank you, Family Pools!

We have had a great experience with Family Pools!! Our job manager was Tabitha and she was excellent to work with! She was super responsive and so helpful with all of our needs especially with all of the end instructions and set up of the pool! I highly recommend Family Pools if your in the Sarasota area

My husband and I worked with Family Pools to build a “Spool” in our backyard. The spool allows us to cool off when hot and we can turn on the jets and heater to use it when the nights cool off in December and January. We are very happy with the final product and have been enjoying our spool. We did get off to a tough start with construction of the spool but are VERY thankful that Tabitha came along 6 weeks into the project to oversee the construction of the spool to the finished product. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions and patiently addressed our concerns.

For the first 30 days, everything was great. Communication was good. Joe was our salesperson and he did a very nice job. Tabitha oversaw the project and was nice to deal with and answered all of our questions. I could text her and she would get right back to me. The problem that occurred was when we would drop off a check at the main office, we would get a bill a few days later showing we owe owed money that had already been paid. That became annoying. Once the majority of the money had been paid, we feel that the work slowed, and sometimes the workers would not show up. We don’t blame o…
