The owner Mike is very unprofessional and very rude! I’m not even sure how this company is still in business! Gives you one price and then when it’s time to pay switches the price to a significantly higher price. When I tried to calmly tell him that’s not what we agreed to, he acted a fool. The words that stuck out to me when he was mad was him saying that my legs were ashy! Really dude!!

Major error changing our liner, owner came out and said he’d take care of us and they’d reach out to fix the problem, I never heard from them again.

Ray & I had our pool put in 30yrs ago one of there workers at that time Mike is now the owner and he does a great job The workers are all really nice and each of them do a Wonderful job. Susan is AWESOME she really knows everything there is to know about pools . I really trust her.

I’d rate zero stars if I was allowed. I called this morning to see if they had chlorine tablets and the girl asked if I was a regular customer. I have a new pool so I’m a new customer to everyone. I was told since I wasn’t an existing customer they would not sell chlorine tabs to me or even evaluate my water. I’ve NEVER had a retail business refuse business to “new customers”. Just wow

Ferrall built my pool and l have been a customer for over twenty years. Ferrall replaced my pool liner with a Merlin liner. It started to discolor after about a year. I called and asked for Ferrall to come look at it. They wouldn’t come out. This color issue continues to get worse going farther around the pool. Kept asking for help when l get pool chems and our water tested still nothing. I sent texts with pics of the color change. Finally I was told to contact Merlin so l did. They sent a regional rep to look at our pool. Merlin agreed to help us and send a new liner. I can’t get Ferrall to c…
