We have used FINE Pools on several occasions and have always received excellent service. They have always identify the source of our pool issues and resolve it it a timely manner. Professional and yet personal staff. For our pool needs, we rely on FINE Pools!

We bought an above ground pool and had it installed by Moody Pool recommendation.. This is only the second winter having it but the cordless pool vacuum died this summer ( won’t charge even with a new charger. Now, the worst, ….after covering pool for the winter, we realized the pool is leaking ( no telling how long). But now, the pool is completely empty of water..we are so very disappointed with this equipment, especially after building the deck but now we must wait til summer to find where liner or pool is leaking. I have observed the much cheaper, versions of above ground pools lasting lo…

PROFESSIONAL? NO PUNCTUAL? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE? HECK NO I can’t say enough bad things about this company. We had to use this company through our home warranty. Apparently this was only company they have a contract with. First impressions make a lasting impression. The woman’s that answers the phone was just plain rude. The company gave us a time between 1 and 5 to come out. They called a little before 5 asking for a video of the issue. He calls back saying that he ordered the parts needed and will come by as soon as the parts come in.

THEY REPLACED MY PUMP UNDER A HOME WARRANTY . THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND. NOW 7 MONTHS LATER THE NEW PUMP HAS GONE OUT. HE ASKED FOR PICTURES AND BRAND NAME. I SENT THE PICS TO HIM AND HE DETERMINED THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE REPLACEMENT WITHOUT EVEN COMING OUT TO VERIFY. I WILL PAY SOME OTHER COMPANY TO REPLACE IT. CANNOT RECCOMEND THESE PEOPLE . BE AWARE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Poor customer service after the sale! We purchased a new liner and robot cleaner. The robot destroyed our liner. We called and spoke to Mike Fine. His only response was to contact the manufacturer, and afterwards he would not return our phone calls. We purchased the liner from Fine Pools and did not deal with the manufacturer. It was his responsibility to deal with the manufacturer that he purchases liners from.. After the sale, do not expect help if you end up with defective or poor quality products!
