This review is a ONE STAR, but if you read to the bottom, I change it . I’ve waited over two years to see if time would heal the wounds of such poor service and quality of work but it hasn’t. Dustin and the main employee were extremely nice. I can not say anything bad about them personally but their service is lacking. The quality is far from good. The pool deck finish is very rough, not just a light broom finish but maybe a wire brush finish. The coping edge is full of air pockets and a very sharp edge that has to grind off. Dustin, Kelly and the crew have been wonderful. Things have moved slower than usual this year due to a wet spring and labor shortages but Dustin was very patient with my many requests for updates on timelines and once the pool was started the entire process was completed in under 2 months. I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price and did exactly everything he said he would including removing fence pieces and putting them back up. Firebird Concrete & Pools is fantastic. They are so nice. Dustin was very friendly, honest and expedited our issue. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us. Their pricing was very fair. Service was outstanding. They are now our pool guys. They work on all Pentair products. Saved me a lot of heartache. Most pool companies around this area will not work on the equipment unless you bought it from them, not these guys. I strongly recommend these guys and look forward to working with them in the future.

We are so thankful for Dustin coming out and installing a new pool heater for us. He was very good communicating the issues with our old one, helped us decided what to do for a new one and priced us extremely fair with making us feel like a priority! I thank you very much and will 100% recommend to anyone I know!

We have had our pool and hot tub installed by Dustin and his group and are extremely happy!! We have had a vinyl pool before and was very dissatisfied. The fiberglass pool from Firebird is AWESOME and we love it. This group of people were so great to work with and it was such a pleasure!! Thanks guys!!!!
