We had a fantastic experience with our pool and spa, and I can’t recommend the team enough. Ryan not only gave us a thoughtful design that fit our space perfectly, but he even FaceTimed with us when we were confused about the equipment—no question was too small. Highly recommend working with First Class Pools & Spas! We had no idea what to do with our small backyard, didn’t even know if a pool was an option, until we met Mike Light and his team. The quality, service, design, and communication are truly first class. They stand behind the quality of their builds and promptly handle and remedy any issues or warranties after the project is complete. Even after the big ice storm last year and before, they communicated what owners needed to do to protect their equipment and pretty much had their team staged to assist and repair customers pool equipment if they had been impacted by the hard freeze. First Class Pools absolutely went above and beyond for our project! They helped us design our pool, living space, and outdoor kitchen for our backyard, and far exceeded expectations. Wow, what can I say?! Ruby, Mike, Ryan, and all of the team were so great throughout the entire building a pool process. From planning to executing I felt listened to and they were so communicative with me. It truly was night and day as compared to another company I had used prior.
