When a large section of our foundation collapsed this summer, we were in shock and at a complete loss for where to turn. We got bids from several foundation companies and Gardner's was the most comprehensive and affordable for us. They were extremely patient, communicative, transparent, and thorough in all their work on our property. Gardner Construction was hired to do a major basement wall project in our 100-year old home. We consulted with almost a dozen contractors and made the right choice with Gardner. Brandon was the Crew Lead with 3 others and they were great. They executed the design exactly as the engineer instructed, cleaned up as they went, and completed the project on time at reasonable cost. I had some of my cinder block foundation scaling (flaking away) and had a few small holes exposed in the foundation. After contacting several companies I chose Gardner because they (Scott) were very prompt to meet with me (next day in fact) and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered any questions I had in the process. We were referred to Gardner by our realtor when we noticed moisture issues in our tuck-under garage. We worked with Rory from start to finish and appreciated his quick and professional communication. He did not oversell us any services, instead recommending some things we could attempt ourselves prior to completing work with them. They arrived on time, did an excellent job of demolition, preparation for new concrete, finish work and clean up. The crew was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
