Gibbons Pools built a truly beautiful pool for us in 2014 on Shelter Island. We have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors on our pool and its design (see photo attached). My wife and I absolutely love our pool. Gibbons’ weekly service is also outstanding. Gibbons’ service technician Nick C does an excellent job vacuuming and maintaining our pool. Gibbons Pools are the best. I did not buy my pool or equipment from them, however, when my equipment started having issues, the manufacturer recommended Gibbons. Karen and her service team have been top notch in both their customer service and their ability to quickly help with any issues I've had. I recommend them to everyone.

I've lived in the same house on the north shore since 1998 and have used multiple pool companies, none of whom were any damn good. Two years ago I finally went with Gibbons and have been absolutely thrilled with their service and professionalism. They are a real company unlike so many of the others that just seem to be a part time seasonal business. Their crews are great people and communicative when you talk to them and their back office is professional and responsive. Issues get addressed in hours not weeks like the other guys. Used the to open and close my pool for one year. The prices they charge are insane. When they closed the pool the put nothing away. Found a reputable company that did it for 20% of the price Gibbons charged and put filter, pump, chlorinated, etc... in shed. If your paying over $1000 to close your pool there are cheaper options that also deliver better service.
