We started using Good Boy Pools for maintaining our backyard pool over 6 months ago and could not be happier. Our technician, Ryan, is fantastic. His knowledge of pool water chemistry is amazing and he is so easy to work with. They always show up each week and are very flexible if we need to alter the schedule. We highly recommend Good Boy Pools!

I’ve been using Good Boy Pools for a couple of years now & couldn’t be happier with their service. Both techs I’ve worked with - Damon before and now John - have been reliable & thorough. When issues have come up, the owner Ash & his team were quick to step in & resolve them. Communication has always been excellent; voicemails & texts are answered promptly. I have been using Good Boy for about 18 months and have been very happy with their service. They are very customer focused and responsive to any issues that arise. My tech, John, does a great job keeping my pool in top shape. He has a great attitude, is always happy to answer my questions and is just a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys!!

So glad I hired Good Boy (love the name!) to service my pool. I have used several other companies in the past that were unprofessional and continued to over charge me. John has been my technician and is reliable and does a very thorough job. Both him and Ash have provided me with excellent customer service and I couldn’t be more delighted with this company.

Good Boy Pools are awesome because they have AWESOME people working for an AWESOME leader!!! I am extremely grateful that Jared with GBP called me back immediately on a Sunday (5.17.26) when my pool heater didn’t turn on. I sent a text message and within minutes he called me, walked me through what to do, and resolved my problem. THAT’s CUSTOMER SERVICE in action!!!

This is my first season with Good Boy Pool Services. They’re doing a great job! Ryan is very knowledgeable. He responds to all my questions with answers that make sense. Office staff is also very responsive. I would definitely recommend Ryan and GBPS. Update: Fast forward to Summer of 2025. Good Boy fired me because I was not an all year client. I'm not changing my rating, they still did great work for me, but be aware that they might dump you with no notice.
