Contacted Gus pools (along with a few other local installers) last spring to go over and design a pool for a limited space in my backyard. Pete (owner) came to my house and spent several hours looking over my backyard and discussing any concerns or questions I had. I never felt rushed or pressured during the entire time. We came to a great layout for the space and agreed to move forward with an expected break ground date of February 22. Stealth pool- Gus Pools was recommended to me by previous customers who live in my town. They were very easy to work with. Once we reached out, we had a meeting in less than a week, and Pete went through all the different scenarios of what we wanted. He answered all of our questions and the price was by far better than anyone around. Other companies gave us the run around with meetings and then canceling at the last minute. I live in modest house in Brooklyn with a modest backyard 30x40. I wanted a semi-inground pool for my kids to enjoy. Just a simple pool assembled and dug down into my dirt backyard. I started doing a ton of research and accidentally (Just Googling "Brooklyn semi-inground pools" it's not easy to find Gus Pools, I guess because he's in Queens, near Nassau) and luckily came across Gus Pools and Pete (son of Gus). Gus Pools installed my pool last year. I can't thank them enough for what a fabulous job they did. From working with me on installation ideas to helping pick the right liner, they were there every step of the way. I never felt pressured into getting anything extra.
