Everyone at Kelly Builds Pools LLC did an excellent job working with us to get our new liner and heater installed. They also fixed some minor issues with our sand filter.

I have been a customer for Total Pool care heartland Pool for a few years. I was happy to help a small business grow. However now that they have gotten larger clients, newer pools, they have completely turned their backs on the little people that helped them achieve their growth. The customer service and skill level of their technicians is abysmal. I requested that the sand in the filter be replaced last year. They said we will get it in the spring. This is the second time we are charged for a 5min visit to acknowledge a leak from our pump and a pool light not working/ we called for them, there was no need for that but for action! He came, covered and uncovered the pool, 5min, 132$ …Then sent an estimate for changing the light 1190$!!! Plus the cost of the 5 min! Second time we are calling to talk to the owner, they say he will call back but NOPE! It seems they don’t care for their customers, that is a shame! Horrible customer service and responsiveness. I asked for a quote on repairing a fiberglass stair and the customer service lady responded with “$2,500”. I emailed and called multiple times over the next month to get more details on how they would repair the stair. The service lady said the owner would reach out to me to discuss what they do to repair the stair. We never got an answer. Left many messages and didn’t hear back. I will never use this place for anything again, although the seasonal closing process was smooth and techs were great.

1st Time In Ground Pool Owners - we hoped to get great service and education from Heartland Pool but have had nothing but poor communication and follow thru. HPS Opened our pool in early April and replaced our pump. We were also told that our Salt Cell would be replaced under warranty. I called 2 weeks later to request that they address cloudiness and help get the pool clear and to clarify if the salt cell had in fact been replaced. Our pool was checked and treated and we were told that our pool needed a visit everyday until clear. No one showed back up - called to see if/when anyone was comin…

We simply needed them to set and install the pool heater, they were not even able to connect it and charged us an exorbitant amount that did not agree with their price quote.
