We bought a Fischer home and aesthetically it’s beautiful. Be careful as we have had several issues that we have had to pay to adjust or fix. The HVAC was undersized and should’ve two zones for a split level - we had a new system installed and they also found other issues with things not being properly installed. There is a golf ball lodged in the outside drain (landed there prior to final installation) so now we will need to have it dug up or cleaned out each year to prevent backups. The garage door would randomly open due to a bad motherboard so we had to use that replaced. A few other …

I am a REALTOR & I have closed several deals with Fischer Homes in OH & KY. I had my condo completed with Fischer in December of 2023 and moved in February 2024. Since then my condo has literally flooded two times due to the negligent plumbers they used. They still haven’t come back to complete cosmetic work in my bathroom from a leaking toilet which was separate from the first two floods. My windows are malfunctioning, my shower now has a crack in the floor that they say is not their responsibility and is no longer under warranty after only 2 years. As a Realtor, I dealt with them assisting my clients, the area is great with nice views, roads, and location. They are expanding within the area and have great amenities of tow swimming pools, club house, playground for kids, etc. They also have one of the well respected and known golf coarse that over look the Armco lake.

I bough the home then the same home got sold second time no one told me anything. I go there I saw same one was cleaning when I call them they said your application was canceled. I know the person who brought it pay more money that is why they play with people and there time is not important to them. This was my experience very very bad experience I will never see them in my life also told my friend too.

Amazing quiet area. Peaceful out here in the country. I grew up here so my life before the start of the subdivisions. Around Christmas, there was a rainbow and one of it's ends was just beyond our back yard in the field. We had to walk out to it. We literally found a small hard drive laying in the field where the rainbow ends. After plugging it into a computer, we found a little over 3 Bitcoin. Crazy coincidence. We closed on our new Fischer Homes house less than a year ago, and it has been nothing but problems since we moved in. The craftsmanship is poor, with multiple plumbing leaks and other defects that should never happen in a brand-new build. The worst part is the complete lack of urgency or care from their customer service and warranty team. When our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year, we called the emergency line. The person who answered sounded completely indifferent and just said someone would call us back. Our 18-month-old daughter’s bedroom reached 86 degrees with no resolu…

Not even some of, but the absolute worst craftsmanship Ive ever seen in new construction, or any construction for that matter. Crazy expensive homes that might just blow over at the first real gust of wind.
