Highly recommend! Great experience working with Hilltop Pools from the day we discussed design through getting the permit closed. There were a couple snags but considering the size, scope, and challenges of the project I couldn’t be more happy about the process and result. Fantastic work all around, 5 stars!

When you start a pool project you have certain expectations. When a Company meets and exceeds those expectations its an awesome feeling. I am even more impressed with Hilltop after they have finished the project. As a first time Pool owner the more I learn the more Im learning they use top of the line components that I would have never thought to ask for. Like a variable speed pump with thermo mode to the quality of the liner and salt generator to the concrete backed liner instead of steel backed. Hilltop Pools is an outstanding company! We recently explored building a custom pool and had the pleasure of working with Matt during our consultation process. From the very first conversation, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful—he took the time to answer every question we had in detail and shared creative ideas that truly matched our vision. We used Hilltop Pools to build out new pool in 2021. The design and process was great. The build out was smooth and professional. There were a couple of hiccups along the but its expected in any construction. The only reason I gave them 4 star is because it took them 3 months after completing the project to figure out the pool heater issue, after months of going back and forth they replaced it with new heater. Which could've been done earlier. I give credit to Shane that took responsibility and made sure its done. I highly recommend Hilltop Pools.

Building our dream pool was a big investment and a daunting process, but Hilltop were there every step of the way, from design and permitting to maintenance and drainage. If you accept that the schedule will expand—between City of Atlanta, weather delays, and supply chain issues—it will be smooth sailing.

I believe this company has too much work, they don’t want to respond with customers & folks in the office like to pass the “buck” to someone else!!! If you state ‘I don’t know & transfer it is like saying we don’t care about your business’.
