I would rate him 0 if possible. We inquired about a pool inspection and he quoted $30. I had made him well aware of the location of the house. He stated that it's a little far for him but he'd make it. We then scheduled an appointment with him and the homeowners. He agreed to inspect the pool and i sent him a text that morning with the address as a reminder. He confirms once again by text that he'd make it. Then, he cancelled on us last minute. I tried to contact him and he didn't even pick up the phone or respond to my text. Very unprofessional! Do not schedule anything with him, he may quote…
Mike agreed to perform a pool inspection prior to a home purchase. Last moments, he decided that our location was out of his area and not worth his time, even though it was disclosed to him when the appointment was made. Left us high and dry at the inspection. Unprofessional.
Mike arrived promptly and was able to determine the problem and repair it that same day.
