First encounter with this place. I called to see if I can get my pool serviced. I’m experiencing a few leaks with my pump. This is my second year having a pool as we moved in to this home with absolutely no experience or explanation on how the pool works, last year I had no issues until recent. When I spoke to the service guy, immediately he told me, “ You have had this pool for two years and you know nothing about it”. How can you hire someone who speaks down to you without even understanding your situation at home. I lost my son last year, this year I welcomed a newborn less then 4 weeks ago…

Poor customer service. Talked down to me like I knew nothing. I walked out and will never return or recommend to anyone.

Amazing work by Owner (Jim) and his team. The coping and tile work is flawless, looks better then when it was new. The whole process went like clockwork, almost complete waiting for the coping and tile to fully dry and then finished with a seal around the pool coping and cement. I would give them 10 stars if I could, thank you Pure Pool! Very helpful and friendly at the same time upon visiting his store today. Hard to find those types of people these days. I’m having them come out and quote the job. Thanks!

We had sand blowing back into our pool. The tech came out and not only fixed it, but showed me what was involved in the repair and educated me a bit more on our pool. (we're new pool owners) Very nice, very professional and left the filter and pool equipment looking professionally finished. The best part is that there's no more sand blowing back in the pool.

I had my 25+ year old Gunite pool restored by Pure Water pools, and they were great. Jim, is a very knowledgeable guy, and his staff is as well. I knew nothing about pool restoration, and had many questions; Jim and his staff were able to answer all of them and showed a lot of patience with me! When dealing with pools, and pool company's you have to learn to be patient, weather causes schedule changes all the time and not understanding this can lead to frustration and anger. Had absolutely everything that I needed. All the right chemicals and the gentleman that helped me with my pool closing kit was a wealth of information! I will definitely go back next year.
