This is an amazing company. They exhibit an impressive level of honesty and integrity. Tina is highly responsive when help is needed and repeatedly has shown herself to be an awesome problem-solver. I highly recommend them. They are a pleasure to work with.

Not only were the prices extremely fair, but the technician also showed me what the problem was, how he fixed it, and educated me on how to avoid problems in the future. I've never had a pool service spend their time to educate me, and I'm thankful they did. Fantastic company, highly recommend!

Had Ultimate Pool Service close our pool at the end of the 2020 season. I open the pool in the spring myself and the company we had been using was getting a little pricey and acted as if our once a year business was a bother. Ultimate Pool was happy to schedule us and their price was MUCH more reasonable. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I will be calling them back to schedule our pool closing at the end of this season for sure!

Clearly if you read the posts, 3 posts should not be included. I was referred to this company by Ron from Hartford Heating when I needed my pool heater fixed. There are a lot of problematic pool companies out there. I’m looking for one that is straightforward and honest abd not going to charge you $150 for 10 minutes of service (Anderson). Reading the posts…anyone knows COVID has crippled businesses and you have to be a narcissist to think 180 existing customers should be ignored so your pool will get fixed before theirs. Tina and her team are AMAZING. They’ve not only helped us with our pool bit also educated us as new pool owners. Along with this, they’re always a text away and so friendly.

We had a problem with our pool filter not pulling water from the pool. They came out very quickly and fixed the problem. They are the nicest group of people! Highly recommend!
