Hutch Pools did a FANTASTIC job of fixing our pool's salt system when our normal place failed to follow through. Their team had to do a bit of trouble shooting to isolate the issue, but they had all the parts needed to ensure the work was done correctly. GREAT JOB AND VERY PLEASED!!!

This review is for Springfield location not Hutch pools as a whole. On Thursday I had a technician come out named Henry to do a sand exchange on my system. When arriving home my system was leaking everywhere. Upon calling the store I spoke to Mike and sent him the video and was told "it wasn't like that when he left and he'll be out some day next week to fix it". Not the next day, Saturday or even a date in general but sometime next week. Obviously this was very frustrating and Mike even started to explain to me how to fix Henry's mistake as if I wasn't paying for this service to be done by H…

The team at Hutch always happily help us keep our Spa in tip top shape with analyzing our water and fairly recommending the appropriate chemicals. We use our Jacuzzi a lot and it is always in great condition.

Experienced, knowledgeable and great customer service. Hutch installed our pool last summer and I am a very happy customer. From beginning to end their crew was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with the entire staff. Always respond quickly to my questions. Being a new pool owner I definitely have had several.

Hutch Pools is the best pool company! Always friendly and professional. They did a fabulous job replacing our liner and explaining the work on our pool. Communication was clear and prompt. If you are looking for a family owned business who cares about their customers, look no further than Hutch Pools! We will definitely be using them for future pool needs. Simply the best!

I've only had one conversation with them. So far, they were doing their best to accommodate my project. My only con would be their hours. I do a lot of business on Saturdays and they are not available after 1 on Saturdays.

Update Sep 2025 Henry in Hutch Pool White House is the most knowledgeable & helpful person. He walked me through all check points and he was able to suggest the product that’s very affordable. I’m very grateful! 2022-2023 We called for the return jets had no suction. Their technician came out and found the cracked lid was the issue. We appreciate their immediate responses. People there are very friendly and knowledgeable!
