No doubt the number 1 pool business! Have used Madison pool for years and never had a bad experience. They always go above and beyond and exceed expectations. You guys rock!
We have been using Madison pools for over twenty years. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable! Great communication and top of the line customer service! They have been in business since 1966- they know pools!
The water lab people are great. They diagnose your pool water to see what chemicals you needed. The staff is always very helpful. Monday-Friday 8AM to 4 PM.
They have everything you need to care for your pool. It’s convenient for us. The prices is a little expensive for something’s and there isn’t any prices on the items, that’s a bummer!! But their products is A-1! My above ground pool had real bad Algae so it was dark green!!! I bought their liquid chlorine shock with algae removal in it 1 gallon and I added some PH balance to the pool, within 30 minutes it removed the algae and the water was clear within 2 hours! Amazing! I usually have to drain the pool, clean it and refill it. Ugh! This was a lifesaver!
I just walked in and was not greeted. The gentleman at the front desk was sitting there as if he had no interest in assisting customers. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. After I took the initiative to greet him, he responded sarcastically and continued typing on whatever he was working on behind the counter. I was referred here by someone who spoke very highly of your business, so I was genuinely excited to visit. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction completely ruined that experience. This is not how customers should be treated, and it certainly doesn’t encourage me to spend my money …
Donna is great and running a helluva a pool company. You are paying for quality and consistency and Larry, who is the tech who comes to me weekly, is always friendly and points out helpful things to me on my older pool. I really like these folks and I see their trucks all over Nashville, so I'm certain they are passing your pool every day .. Give them a call! 🌹 Lisa
